Testimonials

“I thoroughly enjoyed the session! It was so insightful and engaging. Mrs. Heiskell made everyone in the session feel comfortable as she delivered the content in a very professional, yet non-intimidating manner. After having attended countless formal dinners, I had always been hesitant about being the first person at my table to grab my napkin or my drink. But, after attending the Prim, Poised and Proper session, I am more confident about my etiquette skills and social graces and I even learned a few other helpful nuggets that will help me during future social and formal engagements. I give this session 5 stars and two thumbs up and I would wholeheartedly recommend this session to anyone, young and mature, who wants improve their etiquette proficiencies.”
